Enid L. Zafran
With over 40 years’ experience, Enid Zafran is one of the leading academic indexers in North America. She is the winner of the 2023 Excellence in Indexing Award from the Indexing Society of Canada and the winner of the 2024 Award for Scholarly Indexing from the American Society for Indexing.
She has taught her craft to career indexers over the past 20 years. The Froebe Group (TFG) is proud to announce that in October 2025, we will be hosting Enid to offer indexing courses in our New York City office.
Enid will teach an array of indexing classes that cover specific areas of scholarly and academic publishing. The courses range from the premier three-and-a-half-day Indexing Boot Camp to single-day sessions on specialties, as well as a session on how to run an indexing business.
Limited class sizes ensure a quality experience for all attendees. All classes will be held in Manhattan at 154 West 27th Street, Room 4W. This location is an easy walk from Penn Station, and the nearest subway stops are at W. 28th and W. 23rd Street.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled by September 16. 50% refund on cancellations from September 16-26. No refunds for cancellations after September 26.
